Shipping and Delivery

We ship to every emirate in the United Arab Emirates through our courier partner. Orders are dispatched within one working day and delivered directly to your door.

Delivery time

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1 to 2 working days
Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 2 to 3 working days
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GST) are processed the next working day.
Friday, Saturday, and public holidays do not count as working days.

Shipping fees

Flat rate: 20 AED per order
FREE shipping on the 2 Pack bundle and all orders over 100 AED

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on every order across the UAE. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No card, no online payment required, no advance charges. If you prefer, we also accept Visa and Mastercard at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we send you an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door. If you have not received a tracking link within 24 hours of placing an order, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Delivery attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail and we cannot reach you by phone, the order will be returned to our warehouse. To avoid this, please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your order is late, missing, or arrives damaged, email us at supportwafirstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if the parcel is damaged). We reply within one working day and will make it right.
