Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with every Wafir order. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
7 day return window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges.
How to request a return
Email supportwafirstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 24 hours. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days. Card payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food and beverage products, including opened tea packs, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
