Ordering and payment

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order across the UAE. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No card required, no advance charges.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, Visa, and Mastercard.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is PCI DSS certified. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as your order has not shipped. Email us at supportwafirstore@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Shipping and delivery

How long does delivery take?
1 to 2 working days in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. 2 to 3 working days for the other emirates. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GST) are processed the next working day.

How much is shipping?
20 AED flat rate on regular orders. Free shipping on the 2 Pack bundle and any order over 100 AED.

Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not yet. We currently deliver to all seven emirates within the UAE only.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.

What if I miss the delivery?
Our courier makes up to two delivery attempts. If both are missed, the order returns to our warehouse. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See the full Returns and Refund Policy for details.

Do you accept returns on tea or food items?
Unopened items in resalable condition can be returned. Opened food or tea items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

How long does a refund take?
Cash on delivery refunds are processed by bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the returned item. Card refunds take 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

About the Ginseng Five Treasure Tea

How does it taste?
Smooth, warm, and naturally sweet from the red dates and mulberries. No added sugar. Not bitter when brewed for 5 minutes.

How do I brew it?
Drop one pyramid bag into a cup of hot water at 90 to 95 degrees Celsius. Steep for 5 minutes. Each bag can be rebrewed 3 or more times.

How many cups does one pack make?
Each pack has 25 pyramid bags. Since each bag rebrews 3 or more times, one pack easily covers 75 or more cups.

What is in the blend?
Six traditional ingredients: ginseng, maca, goji berries, red dates, mulberries, and polygonatum. No added sugar, no preservatives.

Is it safe if I have a medical condition or am pregnant?
Herbal teas may interact with medications or health conditions. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, please consult your doctor before drinking.

Does it contain caffeine?
The blend is naturally caffeine free.
