Every Wafir order is delivered by our courier partner within 1 to 3 working days across all seven Emirates.

How tracking works

Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking details from our delivery partner. Use the link in that message to see live status updates for your delivery.

Have not received tracking yet?

Tracking messages usually arrive within 24 hours of placing your order. If it has been longer, or the link is not working, we are happy to check for you.

Email us at supportwafirstore@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with #, from your confirmation email) and we will reply with your delivery status within 24 hours.

Delivery timelines

Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi: 1 to 2 working days. Other Emirates: 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed on Friday are processed the next working day.
